Your satisfaction is our goal, but because most of our products are software, an exchange or refund is not always possible.
- Software:
You may obtain a refund or exchange any unopened CD-ROM Software product within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, if the seal has not been removed or broken on the CD-ROM package. Opened CD-ROM software packages may only be returned if the product does not function properly - See Below.
Mended Memories guarantees that the CD-ROM Software will perform substantially in accordance with the Documentation or Instructions found on the CD-ROM, for a thirty (30) day period following purchase of the Software when used on the recommended hardware configuration and with the required software (See Minimum Requirements). If it does not, you may exchange the CD-ROM for another of the same product type, or request a refund of the purchase price. Mended Memories must be contacted via email or telephone for prior approval to return opened packages for refunds.
- Downloaded software products may not be exchanged or refunded.
- Non-software products:
You may exchange or request a refund for any non-software purchase within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Credit card charges will be refunded on the same credit card only. Payments made by check will be refunded by check.
Procedure to obtain a refund:
Indicate the reason for your return on your receipt and return the item to us via UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post. Send to:
