Mail Delivery:
We try to ship your orders as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Orders will be shipped First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. They should be delivered between 3-10 days from the time we ship them. Large orders may be shipped by a variety of carriers for the same cost to you.
NOTE:Rates apply to shipments within the US and Canada only. Shipments outside the US or Canada must select one of the FedEx rates and every effort will be made to send it by the best means available for the price.

Flat rate $4.95 for First Class Mail
FedEx 2nd Day Air is available for $20.95.
FedEx Priority Overnight (morning delivery) is available for $26.95.

Order Turn-Around:
We ship most orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00PM (mountain time) on Friday or over the weekend will ship no sooner than the following Monday.

Download Delivery:
Only Specialty Pages are available for download.

After purchasing your Specialty Pages, you will immediately receive a confirmation email providing you with a link for you to download your page(s) from the Mended Memories® web site. The link will be available for only 3 attempts. If you have any trouble accessing your specialty page, please contact Mended Memories at info@mendedmemories.net for assistance.

Specialty Page(s) are in Microsoft® Word format (.doc) but will be downloaded as a compressed (zipped - .zip) file. An inflation (decompression) software is required to open and use your Word files.
